We had a one hour boat ride with St Ives Boats ‘Dolly P’ which was 20. You must be at the departure point 20 minutes before the allocated time and depending on the tide you may have to get a small boat to the larger boat. The larger boat has enough space outside for around 10 guests. The hosts are friendly and provide information about the seals, their habitat and how they use the tides to lift up onto the rocks! The trip to the ‘seal island’ takes 20 minutes each way so you get around 20 minutes viewing the seals.

We only booked the day before but they went out of their way to accommodate us. We had the most wonderful personalised 2 1/2 hour trip which was worth the extra money. There were nine of us (adults and kids) and two dogs on the boat and there was plenty of space. We saw dolphins, seals, caught fish and had a spectacular sun set! Was certainly a trip to remember! I would highly recommend it.
Great trip to seal island! Takes about an hour and the guide seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Spotting a seal on returning to st ives harbour was a big bonus!!!
Really good trip, with a knowledgeable guide. Don't forget to haggle for the price as we got our trip at children's rate.
Grandchildren loved it the weather was so beautiful. A really exciting day out the cruise was just fantastic. I will be coming here again and will also recommend to my family and friends. A great day Out. Brilliant!
